Created as part of an initiative by AWHONN to bring focus to the issue of racial disparity within healthcare for pregnant people and babies. Centering the experiences of mothers and nurses, this video hopes to shed light on how damaging these experiences can be and what nurses and healthcare professionals can do right now to begin to make change in themselves and their teams.
